Privacy and personal data

Forms may collect identity, organisation, contact details, general project location, stated need and uploaded documents.

Respond to enquiries, qualify projects, organise exchanges, prepare studies and manage commercial or technical follow-up.

Anta uses an artificial-intelligence service to provide initial guidance and qualify requests. Messages required for the conversation may be transmitted securely to the OpenAI API. They are not used to train models by default unless the API account holder opts in. OpenAI may temporarily retain abuse-monitoring logs under its service terms. Anta’s replies remain informative: studies, prices, timelines, final solutions and commitments require approval by an ANTA representative.

Data is kept for the time needed to process and follow the relationship, then deleted or archived under applicable obligations. Data requests may be sent to contact@anta-enr.com.

Only send documents necessary for the project and avoid unrelated sensitive data.
